I came across this Denis Waitley quote whilst traipsing through the Internet many years ago, and even though as an accountant, I perhaps lack plenty of imagination and innovation, I used whatever of both I could muster to make 'Essen' a reality

Ever since I moved to London, I was looking for a project I could do outside of my day job. After trying some things with no avail, I realised I was forcing the issue

Articulating dining and discovery has been a passion of mine, and through this platform, I want to realise my dream

I have been privileged to eat at some of London's finest restaurants, and it seemed the right time to share my experiences with deliberating diners
