The various branches all follow the template being spacious but simply decorated. Irrespective of the location, all branches are perennially packed. Tired officer workers looking for liquid relief, theatre goers looking for a quick bite or casual diners craving good quality dishes. All can be found, and they create a boisterous vibe which is lovely to dine in.
Service
All branches visited have delivered exquisite service. It is commonplace for chain restaurants to have variable service across its branches, but Burger & Lobster has been the exception.

I must confess that I have always been drawn to the lobster more than the burger.
The Original lobster roll (left) gave a deceptively generous portion of beautifully cooked lobster wedged in between a rich and buttery brioche roll. The fresh taste and solid texture were complemented with a light zingy sauce atop. The accompanying salad had a delicious dressing, and the crispy, thin fries rounded off the meal. The flavour combinations all work and fully satisfied.
Burger & Lobster is simple concept, but it consistently delivers every time. I am not a fan of chains, as I feel the food is always compromised, but at Burger & Lobster, this is not the case. Add in the amazing value for money, this restaurant is for all occasions. The great food, vibes and service, coupled with its unfaltering consistency earns the highest accolade, A+ rating.
